Implementation through projects requires a combination of sharp strategic thinking and the ability to select, plan and implement profitable projects. These competencies are often not fully developed in many companies, particularly those with an operational focus.

Bob Hartley & Associates Pty. Ltd was established in April 2003 by director Bob Hartley to bridge this gap by providing project management services for businesses that need assistance with project management.

Prior to 2003, Bob Hartley provided these services through a New Zealand based company, BH Consulting Ltd, incorporated in October 2000.

We provide project management expertise and service for customers in Australia and internationally who wish to develop and implement projects.

By utilising a combination of business analysis, planning, risk management and other project management processes, Bob Hartley & Associates enables organisations that have neither the time, nor the available internal resource to reach their strategic business goals.
