Bob Hartley & Associates Pty. Ltd is an owner operated management consultancy that commenced trading in April 2003.
Independent advice is provided to project sponsors and owners for use in assessment, decision making and project governance at the "front-end" stages of projects.
The business works with the clients' organisations to review project concepts and plans against PM practice standards; standards that are applicable to most projects most of the time.

What can I expect?
Clients receive a report that provides advice that can highlight significant opportunities or risks that may have been overlooked in the development of your project.
How will I benefit?
Clients have the option of taking early, cost effective, corrective action. Later discovery may be expensive or just too late to rectify. Project outcomes are improved which adds to the bottom line.
What will be my investment?
An initial "health check" can be carried out for a fixed fee over 1-2 days provided certain conditions are met.
Follow up work is charged on a time based hourly fee plus expenses.
