Bob Hartley is an accredited professional project manager with experience in general management, business development and operations. He has over 30 years experience with global companies in the resources and manufacturing industry.

As a qualified Project Manager and Metallurgical Engineer - with significant business skills and experience - Bob Hartley understands what is required to make businesses more profitable through strategy formulation and implementation using project management.

Bob has achieved considerable success in helping businesses to turn their innovative ideas into profitable ventures.

Success is achieved by maintaining a focus on the required business results while identifying the scope and risks involved with projects, establishing the necessary resources and working across organisational boundaries, He is an energetic, innovative and achievement orientated leader skilled in the areas of strategic planning, business development and project management.
